The Parent Engagement Specialist Intern plays a vital role at Million Dollar Teacher Project. You will plan, organize and implement an appropriate outreach and engagement program to enhance communication between the parents of the students involved with the Classroom Support Team and the classroom/teacher. The Parent Engagement Specialist in this role should examine his/her attitudes towards and expectations of the parents and families.
Technology Integration Specialist Intern
The Technology Integration Specialist Intern plays a vital role at Million Dollar Teacher Project. The Technology Integration Specialist assists in the direction of the CST based on data collection and promotes the use of technologies to support student achievement in the classroom. In addition, the Technology Integration Specialist will serve as a liaison between the student, CST, classroom data collected and school and district data.
Student Teacher Intern
The Student Teacher Intern plays a vital role at Million Dollar Teacher Project. You will assist in all aspects of the daily instructional program of all students and must be aware that student teaching is a primary responsibility, and that attendance and preparation should reflect the seriousness of this responsibility. The Student Teacher should adopt teaching and discipline procedures as suggested by the cooperating teacher, so that the on-going work of the class will not be disrupted.
Teacher Assistant Intern
The Teacher Assistant Intern plays a vital role at Million Dollar Teacher Project. You will assist in all aspects of the daily instructional program of all students and may be responsible for small group instruction under the direct or indirect supervision of the teacher. The Teacher Assistant should behave in a professional manner at all times, realizing that punctuality, reliability, initiative, and attitude toward teaching are important aspects professional responsibility and evaluation as a teaching assistant.
